We had an appointment at the Andalusia office and no one was there. Called the main office and made another appointment for the next day. Decided to call first since we lived out of town. No one answered. Called the main office again and they couldn't get anyone on the phone at the Andalusia office. Was told to keep my appointment even though no one answered the phone. This has to be the worst office in Alabama. If I could I would give them zero stars
