Professionalism & Courtesy. The appointment before the appointment ahead of us ran over. However, the receptionist was reassuring that we'd be seen as soon as possible. She gave us the option to reschedule. We declined. The manager fulfilled his mission to make sure that we knew that our time & business mattered to them. Overall, I was very pleased with our service. My husband went very Happy about waiting. He has less patience. But. In the end he was pleased as well. We've been going to this location for about 10 years. Mrs. Gayle Henderson did our taxes for years. She was great! Since she retired, we've had a different preparer each year. And they've all been good.

All our representatives, past and present, have been wonderful to work with. Schuyler was very polite, knew his tax codes, and made us feel confident with our choice of H&R Block.

I arrived at 8:20 for my 8:30 appointment. My tax preparer never showed up for my appt. The front desk receptionist was aawesome and worked me in as soon as they could. I only waited about 15 minutes.

I like absolutely nothing about this company. Do not trust H&R Block at all!! They will look for any loophole to make sure they do not have to cover a mistake. We had rental income from NC while living in AL and a lot going on. We trusted H&R Block to inform us and file NC taxes. They informed us about filing all other state taxes but did not let us know to file the NC taxes since we didn’t live or work there. No responsibility at all. Just put it on the uninformed customer. So, by the time NC informed us we owed more than double the original tax bill. That was the first time we revived anything from NC in the mail. From now on, we will go to a respectable company. Good thing we didn’t pay anything or get the peace of mind....oh we did!!! Thanks for helping us out H&R Block!!
