Love me some waffle house. The people that work there are always kind and friendly.
The food was great after they finally got our order right. There was an apparent riff between our waitress and the cook and it made for a tense environment because they were not hiding it at all. Made us nervous to ask for anything for fear it might spark a bigger argument between them. Made for an unpleasant experience. But the food was spot on delicious.
The food was cold when we got it. It was 47 degrees outside and it was colder in there than it was outside. We ordered the same thing and my eggs were undercooked my cousins was over cooked. I won't ever go back again. The only thing that was satisfactory was the service and friendliness of our server.
Loved the food and service from this waffle house. It was super busy being on an exit and being at a truck stop but they sat us and let us order super quick and got everything we needed in an orderly fashion.. I would highly recommend this waffle house if you're hungry for some waffle house..
Don't go here. They've blocked off half or more of their tables and they'll be happy to leave you out in the rain instead of serving a weary traveller. Stupidest business model I've ever seen.
