Called up to the tag office for a simple question and the lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude. Smh I don’t get some people. Fair to say normally I have had good experiences with this office.
The building was very outdated, not really clean. The lady was coughing really bad, which she shouldn't have been at work. I was very uncomfortable with her cough, and covid going around! Other than that she was polite and helpful
Although it was packed, they got me in and out pretty quickly.
