Cold topping pizza is definitely an acquired taste. Dicarlos has it down, though. The sauce and crust are baked together and the toppings are added afterwards and cook on their own. The crust is super crispy (which is a huge deal for me) and the cheese was melted by the time it arrived. It was a great place to have pizza during a quick visit to Toronto.

Hands down my favorite square pizza in the valley. All Dicarlos shops are very good but this one is the best 16 slice Trey's that are affordable. Extra Cheese served on the side.The Best
