Never once got my order wrong. Food always hot. This is rare for a McDonald's now. I did have to wait in a parking spot a few times when they were busy though, not for long, but it happened. And because it did, can't give it 5 stars.
Breakfast is usually good. And the service in the morning.
I’m pretty sure they dug my mcchicken patty out of the garbage and put it on a bun. The edges were rock hard as if it had been sitting in the warmer for a few hours. This was after we got the usual “can you pull forward please?” For a single mcchicken. I have tried calling corporate about this mess of a place several times and all they do is send you free coupons and never fix the actual problem. I just want the store to be consistent every single time I go. There are other McDonald’s locations that can do it flawlessly every time.
The crew did great this morning got my order correct and it was nice to see they got a nice morning crew in who kept calm and kicked butt during breakfast rush.
Long waits for food. On the occasion that your order is correct, the food isn't prepared correctly (ex. Cold fries, barely toasted breakfast breads, hard buns and Tortilla shells, etc...I can go on for days). Staff seems friendly at times.
