Ended business with Mr burton in November!! and have been asking for my refund of unused retainer fees and a bill of charges. Very unprofessional and would not recommend. Still haven't received anything I've requested and it's March 14th now.

I hired Bill Burton to do a simple Water right of way and here I am 1year and 7 months later still waiting. I already paid him to do the work, he doesn't return phone calls which I have made alot!!! I schedule appointment which he cancels last minute. can't even seem to get my money back.
