Ryan was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He handled a real estate transaction I was involved in, in which I was the seller. Mr. Smith happened to be the BUYER'S real estate attorney. Everything went smoothly. I would strongly consider choosing him for any of my own future legal needs and would definitely recommend him to others. When my father passed away last year I saw my mother had so many things to do even though all details had been taken care of. I seriously decided I needed to get my affairs in order. I went to several seminars regarding wills and estate planning. I then went to see Attorney Ryan Smith and advised him of my wishes. He reviewed my estate and took the time to explain why what I thought I needed was not in the best interest of myself or my daughter. My husband and I met with Attorney Ryan to have our Will and POA written up. He was very professional in his business as well as did a great job! Fees were very reasonable and money well spent in having a peace of mind in finally doing this important task in life. His office manager Kodiak was very good at answering any and all of my questions anytime I called, emailed or texted regarding anything. Best part was when I needed a Real Estate Attorney I found out that Ryan could fill those shoes as well! He did an amazing job in organizing everything and helped us tremendously all the way to the very end of the sale of my Mom's home. He even helped walk us through on how to get Mom's checking account out of Probate Court because she had failed to have a Beneficiary assigned to it.
