Go during the day for minimal frustration. It's fast food so don't expect excellent service. The food is decent for what it is but oftentimes they'll get something wrong with your order, whether it's too much mayo or just sloppy presentation. Overall a decent stop, particularly for the area. Can't recommend going in the evening though. Certainly cannot recommend working there.
Management, and employees are ignorant and don’t know how to do their job. They always act like you’re trying to steal food, always getting orders wrong. By far do not recommend stopping here there is a much better McDonald’s in Mineral Wells a little ways up the road!
First McDonald's I have been to when you get a chicken sandwich off the menu and only has pickles on it. No sauce no lettuce. Fast drive thru and polite employees.
Not McDonald's fault necessarily but most of the customers ordering and waiting for their orders weren't wearing masks during this COVID spike in W. Va. One employee doing drive-thru had her mask under her nose, which was disappointing to see. Pretty busy location as it's right off the road. They missed parts of our order but quickly fixed it considering the amount of customers.
The girls that were working lunch in the drive thru on 02/12/21 are awesome!! They went above & beyond with customer service for us that day & we will continue to be loyal customers!!
