Rented a van very nice to deal with friendly folks
I called last minute on a Friday because of having major problems with Pure Moving & Storage LLC (a moving company I was using). They decided they were going to move my items here a week before they were supposed to. I couldn't get into my home yet, so I had to find a storage unit that was tractor trailer accessible and I only had 40 minutes (after they told me they already left with my stuff) to find one before they closed, as most storage units hours were until 5pm on Friday.nnJohn was awesome!! He called me back after hours to let me know of a unit I could use that would accommodate the big truck. Not only did he do that, he went out of his way two times that weekend to make sure the storage unit was ready and went again, on Sunday morning, to unlock it for me as they weren't open on Sundays. He even spoke to me over the weekend whenever I called. The storage unit was wonderful. John and Melanie even use extra ways to make the storage more secure. I met Kacey and Mark at the office and they were so pleasant to chat with. BRI Storage was a really great first impression Cross Lanes and made me feel more at ease to be moving here. You can't go wrong with them.
