I have used their storage unit for over a year. The staff are friendly, and the units are clean, easily accessible, and secure. They even have climate controlled units. I would definitely recommend.
My storage unit was broken into 3 times. The fence wasn't fixed that they cut into the first time. No cameras in the area.
Don't use this place if you're financially struggling. Parents struggle financially but needed storage. They sent one later in a year saying it was past due and they needed full payment before they sold the unit. My father made a payment. The next year they got a letter in March saying the unit was sold in December. No warning. No phone call. No letter. Avoid losing your personal stuff to these people. They sold stuff they had their entire lives and furniture, for $50.
