I have no words to even describe how great this company is. Whoever gave them 2 stars must be a total Karen. We are remodeling and had outlets, lights and switches installed at a very reasonable price. I had them back to upgrade our outdated 100 amp box to a 200 amp box that can support our usage. They coordinated with AEP and the State Inspector for me to set up a date for everyone to meet and do their part. They installed a new ground rod and all new outdoor wiring. Their Dispatcher is amazing. She is responsive, attentive and communicated with me the whole process. The Owner is a very intelligent, good man too. Just great people and overall FANTASTIC SERVICE. I went through 5 quotes and their knowledge, friendliness and professionalism won me over. These Electricians aren't the type of guys that spit on your floor, leave a mess, or make googly eyes at you. They are 100% professionals.

I have high expectations of any service personnel we approve to enter our home, to provide a service. It has been so nice to deal with a professional, courteous, highly competent, fair priced electrical service company, Mr. Electric.nnAngie took my call and was very pleasant to talk to. She was very helpful, and accommodating.nnElectricians Mitch and I believe Josh performed our service call. These two gentlemen were nothing short of fantastic to do business with. They are both highly competent, as well as professional yet personable at the same time.nnEverything was explained to a very satisfactory detail, so we non electrical folks could understand what was going on. After the job was completed in a timely manner, and to our satisfaction, they took the appropriate time to clean up and make everything as it was before they arrived.nnI'm taking the time to write this lengthy, but very honest review because I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Excellent and professional! I called because a set of light switches had stopped working randomly. The team spent time searching for the originating cause and fixed the loose grounding wire! I would highly recommend this company for minor or major electrical needs!

The contractor was responsive and called back in a timely manner, and then actually showed up on time when they said they would be there and took no longer than they said they would. Their estimate was reasonable when compared to other local similar contractors and the estimate was the actual cost, no add-ons later. They were neat and professional, left their product looking and working well and cleaned up after themselves adn took their trash with them. I would be happy to have them do other electrical work for us when and if the need arises.

After having a hard time getting on other schedules, this company sent two professionals to my house within a day of my initial phone call. The administrator who took my call was courteous and helpful. The electricians who came who friendly, very clean, and transparent about what everything would cost before they started the work. Johnny was incredible. I highly recommend these folks.
