I contacted Ortts to replace a faulted main breaker that needed to be replaced,nI contacted 4 electrical service companies all charged several hundred dollars more then Ortts not only that but they said it could take several months to get a breaker, Ortts had a replacement within 2 daysnThe 2 elections they sent were both courteous and professional i will recommend yo anyone needing there service

I have contacted Ortts Electric a few times over the last few years for electrical upgrades and additions and have always found them to be professional and on time.nDuring the last visit they did an addition that was not only professionally completed, as expected, but also came in under their projected cost, which is unheard of in today's world.nI would definitely recommend their business for any electrical needs.

We paid $18000 for an HVAC system that doesn’t work properly. We paid an unknown amount of money for plumbing that was improperly done and now our master bathroom tub can’t be used because it leaks, which we didn’t realize until it came through the ceiling under the tub. And our pipes to our master bathroom freeze when it’s cold outside. So I have a faulty HVAC, a ruined ceiling, a useless tub and frozen pipes. Charlie Ortts said he wanted the opportunity to make it right. He sent one of his guys out and I haven’t heard from him since. My guess is that he realized how bad his work is and how expensive it’s going to be to fix and is trying to avoid me. Don’t waste your money here. There are other contractors out there who will do a better job and stand behind their work.

Had a ac failure called and they came right out... thx Debbie! Then I got the news no one wants. DOA so Charlie gave us a quote that worked with our budget and in one day the entire unit was replaced. The staff for curious and kept me updated as the job moved forward. I would recommend the service and full install 100% thx Ortts for a job well done.

All service shop Electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Commercial and residential services. Nice size warehouse for hard to find parts that some supply shops do not have.
