Weimer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Where do you start? I’m not sure if the owner reads they’re reviews or not but if they don’t, then they are missing out. My experience began about 3 months ago with me taking my Jeep Wrangler in for a check engine light and the engine missing terribly. As anybody knows who has worked on late model vehicles, check engine lights can be sometimes very difficult to locate. Hence why I took it to a dealership. Needless to say my vehicle was not to be the exception to the rule. After several attempts and a couple false alarms thinking it was fixed I am thinking they have finally corrected the problem. So why the 5 star rating some may ask? Simple! They made sure I had a very nice loaner for the duration! They were in constant contact in letting me know what they tried and what they were going to do next. They never gave up and they charged me a reasonable price for what they had done! That is and what you call 5 star service no matter where you are! That is also why I preordered my new Bronco from Weimer Ford coming spring 2021! Thanks guys for your commitment to service and all your hard work. You’ve proven it to me and it shows!

Needed a rental car, when another company that rents car's didn't show up to get me, a lady by the name of Debbie helped me out from Weimer Chevrolet, and with in minutes, she had the paper work done, and i was in my rental car, and on the road. EXCELLENT Service and SUPER Friendly staff!!! They are understanding of budgets and respect the payment you want to be in. They wont sell you anything your unsure of. NO PRESSURE EVER!! We have purchased our last three vehicles from them and will be sure to go back to them in the future!
