Customer service was OUTSTANDING! First time going to Jimmy John's, I went at 8:30pm 03/08/2021. The lady who helped me at the window was just so nice. Explained everything. Asked if there was anything else we needed. Just a great experience! Deff going to be going back more often!

Staying at the Hawthorne Inn right behind the restaurant so service was super quick. The order was correct and I thought good to good for dinner/lunch tomorrow. Unwrapped the Gargantuan and prepared to unhinged my jaw to take the first bite of awesomeness. Thats when it began to go down hill. My top row of teeth sank deep into fresh baked awesome packed with meaty goodness. The lower teeth/gums were not so fortunate. There is absolutely no reason for an 18 dollar sandwich to be physically painful each and every bite. The bottom of the bread was so hard and tough you could feel it ripping through the gums each bite. I really wanted to enjoy a good sandwich, not feel like I was gnawing on bits of glass. Not cool Jimmy John's not cool.

I order my lunch from here every now and then. It's nice having it delivered to my work so I don't have to waste time getting food on my break and having to eat quickly. The food is consistently delicious and the pickles are the best.

I never been here so I went in and order 4 subs without thinking of prive or anything because I wanted to try them but wow I regeted it because it cost 59$ for 4 subs...that crazy...am going right back to subways.
