Customer service great. The meat lovers pizza is the best. I chose a special last time and I won't be doing that again.
Even though it was curbside service they had excellent customer service.

Bad unacceptable pizza the first time I ordered after 5 pm I contacted the general manager hes very nice of this stor they re made my order it was the best pizza ive had in a long time possibility order your pizza before 5 pm before the night manager goes in shes very rude poor quality pizza made me sick
If you could get a call back like corporate says they are supposed to do that would be great, no email, call or follow up on a complaint. They sent it over to the restaurant (knickerbocker) that the event occurred and of course as I expected I’ve heard nothing back! I’m not surprised after the way the lady on the phone treated me that this is an acceptable form of customer service from Pizza Hut! A waste of money.
