Replaced my old existing A/C system. From the initial visit for estimates to the completion of the job I was very pleased. They were very knowledgable and professional with friendly demeanor and willingness to answer my questions. With Shane’s advice a Hyperheat pump was added with little additional cost to my system. My wife loves the new heat source. I would have no hesitancy in recommending Rich’s for any projects involving their business.
