Ordered and was given a delivery arrival of an hour and 20 minutes. Check the app an hour in and it shows they added another hour for my delivery arrival. I call the restaurant and they tell me the food is ready but no driver. Call delivery express and they me on hold twice. I explain and they tell me the restaurant gets backed up usually. I called them out on it. I cancel the order and went to pick it up myself. Save yourself a headache and don’t order through these guys.
Ordered at 1:30, Delivery express closes between 2 and 3:30. Called wong wok they cant get through to them either. It's now 3:10 still no food, no word, nothing. Guess have to wait for them to get off break for then my order to get picked up and for me to eat cold. Also want to add delivery fee and tip included in the charge, for this type of service. Not good.
AWFUL. They had me input a delivery address and then later asked if it was the same as my credit card address, which is was not so I put in my billing address. They delivered to my billing address. When I called they said that's the address they received and it was my mistake and nothing they can do. Completely rude about it too. I know it I specifically put the correct delivery address in and a different billing address. They were beyond rude and did nothing to solve the issue. Said it was my fault, not theirs, they delivered food.
Food for 3 people - $79 sat for over four hours waiting to be picked up. It's been 4.5 hours as of now. It was for my 88 year old mom and 3 people watching her while we were at my niece's wake for 6 hours.
