I have never written a review before nor did I believe I was the kind of person that would ever write a review. However, on this night I decided to try out the new pizza place down the street. The food took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. So long it fact, that the pizza was warm at best and needed to be reheated on arrival. The pizza itself was bland and the crust tasted like cardboard. This was not even what pushed me to write this review. What pushed me over the edge was biting into a jalapeno popper and having an instant flashback to a store bought product that I hadn't had in over a year (picture attached). I'm only about 300% sure the product is the same. They tasted the same and looked manufactured on the inside - definitely nothing made in house. This experience had me in so much awe that I felt it important to strongly recommend that people avoid it. If my options were this pizza or no pizza, I would take no pizza. I certainly would not pay money for it. The sheer laziness is truly baffling.

Since this is the newest pizza place in Agawam I was excited to try it out and ordered online and paid via card. We ordered a large pizza for about $20. Price was a bit high. Waited over an hour, unable to reach them via phone, straight to a recording. Had to drive to the restaurant to try and talk to anybody. They could not find the order, never made the pizza. Boston Bay Pizza 3 did find the charge eventually and refunded it in full. they then send a pizza to the house for free. The pizza was excellent, great crust nice toppings, size was fair. Overall a frustrating experience. The pizza however was so good I would try again in a few months after they the newness dies down.

The combo pizza was good but the margherita pizza was gross looking ! The basil was cooked! Over cooked! Till black! And the cheese too,, not white, not stringy, but brown . A margherita pizza should be Red,white, and green! Ours was black and brown ud83eudd22

Placed order told 40 minutes after 2 hours called and there was a recording said they couldn’t take any orders leave a message finally someone called back said didn’t have address which I clearly gave the girl on the phone was very condescending. When the food did arrive it was all cold. Will never order again horrible place.

TERRIBLE! The first time we ordered I got so sick from their pasta, i threw up and had diarrhea not to mention it took them a whole hour to drive 1.9miles (5 mins). Our food was cold but we were hungry. My boyfriend ordered a pizza tonight (I wasn’t going to eat from there) and it took OVER an hour this time to be delivered 1.9 miles (5 mins). When the pizza arrived it was ice cold so he called the restaurant and they wanted US to go pick up a fresh pizza when we asked for a delivery over an hour ago.nnDon’t expect your food to ever arrive hot.. and be careful you don’t food poising like I did. THUMBS DOWN
