This is the most honest and friendly mechanic shop you can visit! Not trying to scam you for more money. He simply wants to get your car working right and make sure you’re happy. He shows you what’s wrong and explains the issue so you can understand. I will always take my vehicles here for service when needed.

Van wouldn't start while visiting Palo Duro Canyon so I got a tow into town and rather randomly picked Crabtree Automotive. Boy am I glad I did. Gary was amazing and very knowledge with his 20 or 30 years (cant remember how long, its a long time though) of experience working on vehicles. He was busy (always a good sign) with other repairs but was able to take a look at my van and diagnose it within an hour. Figured out what needed to be done and ordered the part. Unfortunately, they couldn't get the part until the next day, otherwise I'm confident he would have had me rolling the same day.nnI ended up spending most of the day in the office working remotely. Gary was very hospital and let me watch over his shoulder while he worked, which he had no problem with (another good sign that he isn't doing anything shady). He even let me fix one of the identified issues on his parking lot myself (using my own tools so that I could save on labor cost).nnReally happy that he quickly got be rolling and prices were fair. Honest mechanic and very glad I stumbled upon Gary Crabtree's shop. Highly recommend! Wouldn't hesitate to go back.
