I wanted to give a huge shout out to the gentlemen working on the evening my mom and I made it into your parking lot before her car died. One of the employees came out and took a look and then helped my mom with getting a reputable towing company on the way. Everyone there was patient and kind. THANK YOUnnAnd another thank you to Bart and Micah who both helped us out, pushed the car into a space, offered to drive us wherever we needed to go and gave us a phone charger. Your west Texas hospitality was heart warming.

Hands-down the worst O’Reillys I have ever been to. Most of the time the employees have very little to no knowledge about car parts or workings. But tonight was especially bad. The singular employee closed the store five minutes early and would not let me in. Also her children were running around, going throughout the store. Very little professionalism and they don’t even follow their own store policies. Avoid this store at all cost.

I've never come into this place and then received bad customer service. They always seem to know what to do or help you find the parts you need. They do it with a small on the face. All things considered if you're looking for a part come here first

Daniel was very rude and unhelpful. He was nice to everyone before me but once he had to ring me up he was disrespectful with a tone of voice and attitude. I had to report him to customer service now writing a review of the lack of professionalism
