Not a square guy. Had to wait 2 weeks for the parts. After getting the truck in said it would take a day to put on then a day for alignment. Got the truck back after 3 with no alignment done. Said he took it down to get aligned. After checking with alignment place he took it to. The truck was never even brought in. Pre purchased all the parts. He did not install all parts on truck. After several attempts to get in touch with Apex and leaving messages the owner will not return calls. Have no other choice but to get a legal help and sue Apex.

Was traveling thru from AZ. Truck developed a noise in my lifted truck. Had been looking for where the noise was coming from upon bump impacts. Couldn’t find it. Within in 5 minutes it was found and fixed.... no charge as it was a bracket and could be adjusted. Thanks guys !!!

Apex Off-Road helped me out of a bind while I was on en route to Colorado on a wheeling trip. I had purchased some sliders and received them just in time to throw them in the Jeep before leaving Houston. I was walking out of their shop when Tim called me back in to show me I was leaking coolant! He was able to quickly determine that the leak was most likely coming from the water pump and offered to put one in. Apex Off-Road was able to install the sliders, water pump, and idler pulley while I ate some lunch in Lubbock. Awesome Sauce! And very reasonable pricing to boot!nnNo other shop that I called (and I called a ton of shops from Dallas to Colorado) would even listen to me, they just told me (on the Thursday I was driving up) to come back next Thursday or Friday.

I'm from Colorado. Was working in Texas in the area. Needed 30 Amp automotive fuses. Plugged into Google map parts store near me. Took us straight to Apex Off-road. The gentleman in there was very friendly and helpful. Gave me directions to AutoZone. Thanks for your service. And thanks again for the help. Best wishes.

I contacted Apex because I needed a bash bar built for my car, which they told me they could do. Tim, the owner, said that he would get me a quote after he got in contact with the steel yard. After a few days and no email, I decided to email him again. He responded to that one quickly saying that he hadn't heard back from the steel yard yet, which was not a big deal. But, here we are 3 weeks later, still no quote and my most recent email from several days ago still unanswered. I would have been happy to do business with Tim, but the lack of care when it came to simply getting me a quote on what I think would be a fairly simple fab job will lead me elsewhere. Tim seems like a nice enough guy, and I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and say that what happened to me doesn't happen often, I just happened to be the unlucky one. I'm only writing this in hopes that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Best of luck.
