1100 miles into a 1500 mile road trip to Dallas the alternator belt went out. Luckily the car happened to die in town, so we were able to get it to J and J's. They didn't have the part in stock, but were able to get it in the next morning and get us out of there by noon the next day. Prices were good, and we weren't in a position to say no so it was great to see that they didn't try to take advantage of us. They even gave us a ride to the hotel we got for the night and recommendations on places for dinner. Overall, very friendly and helpful. They made that stressful experience much better!
