Les was a LIFESAVER... we were stuck on the side of the road with our motorhome because of a broken hitch receiver.nWe had to call the local police and tell them that we needed to stay overnight as we could not get anyone to tow our cargo trailer. When the police came to look over the situation they had suggested Les to us, within minutes he was out and towed us to his shop. This was all close to closing time, we stayed overnight and the next day he had a new hitch on for us and we were on the road again. I must tell you that every other place including Camping World said it would take a week to get another Hitch in and AAA towing was booked for hours!nnThis man was honest, understanding and I would recommend him to anyone. By the way, his price was half of what I would pay at Camping World....His workmanship was wonderful.nnI am a fellow business owner and I have very high standards in running my business and dealing with the public, and this fellow EXCEEDS those standards!nnThank you Les—**BOB and Valerie Payne

I can't recommend this business and owner enough. My engine began misfiring and had no power driving from Colorado to Austin. I was barely able to pull into Post auto. Mechanic and owner made it a priority to diagnose issue right away. They were upfront and honest that I would need a new motor. (Normally this is a red flag but they showed me evidence that was understandable) They advised that the Subaru dealership in Lubbock was the best option. He researched the issue on my Crosstrek and found there was a specific recall that could be related with the Engine. Without the owner speaking with the dealership and letting them know the issue and how it was related to the recall, I can't see the dealership replacing the engine without me paying out of pocket. I was on a road trip. A part fell off. Driving was risky. Took it to post automotive 1 mile from my location then. The owner fixed it. He is incredibly helpful. He did not even ask for money.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! My wife was traveling back to Lubbock alone. She heard some noise and vibrations in the front tire area. She pulled over and called me. The problem was that I was 2 hours away. I found Post Automotive online and she took the car over to the shop. The guys at the shop were very professional to my wife. They put the car up on the rack and checked it out. They test drove it and told her their opinion. They did not charge for any of this. They also did not try to sell her something she did not need. Soon she was on her way home. I felt much better with her traveling alone that the car was going to make it home. The bottom line for me is that Post Automotive took great care of her and the car and I highly recommend them!
