Very helpful staff. Had gone to another place to have a car key cut. They wanted me to pay for a key the had a 50 percent chance of working. No such policy here. Got a spare key make at an acceptable price.
I have been to Dix twice in the past couple weeks and I was surprised at how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was. They not only helped me out with a couple difficult key/lock issues but also spent time running through the various pros/cons of different methods and equipment. Overall, the professionalism and quality of Dix is far superior to any service that I have dealt with before and certainly far superior to big box stores!
I recently misplaced my car key and the folks at Dix’s were able to get me setup with a new key. My first choice was the dealership here in town, but they weren’t able to make a house visit — thankfully the folks at Dix’s offer delivery. I was able to handle everything before the delivery over the phone, then a tech arrived with my new key in a timely manner and stayed in constant communication prior to arriving. The tech was very efficient and had my new key programmed within 5 mins and the services were much cheaper than the original quote I was given over the phone! Highly recommend these guys.
If you haven't ever been inside the shop, I highly recommend checking out the decor!
I have been going to Dixs key shop for over 20 years, they do excellent work and I have never had a set of keys or locks that haven't worked, they know you by name when u go in . Thanks
