Excellent staff and a all around great place to get your parts
Dirty and no organization. For a napa store it was a disgrace. Don't waste you time. Just go someplace else.
Not a very accessible place as it’s old and very small. One entrance had stairs, and the other was flat. Inside was overly crowded with boxes all along the walls, check out desk and aisles. I didn’t bother to look for what I need, but instead approached an employee who grabbed what I needed. He was professional and helpful. Not sure how they can make the store more appealing, aside from moving to a larger location. For what they have, they’ve learned to accommodate customer needs and work around the lack of space.
Thanks to Napa Auto parts for helping me get home drove from Los Angeles to Houston got stuck at ozuna tx with out them I don't know what I would have done thanks a million
Good customer service. But their prices were considerably higher than other auto parts stores.
