The room service and staff are excellent. Unfortunately staff is extremely hard to come by, there's smashed windows everywhere, no electricity or luxuries, no furniture in the rooms, and there's some pretty unsettling graffiti around the halls. Other than that though, Ozona Hotel is awesome!
Very quiet place until about 1 am. You can hear small children calling out for their parents. I peaked into the hallway and saw two small children floating down the hall. My locked door was wide open at about 3 am so I called security. Instead of answering the phone I heard some maniacal laughter. Perhaps there’s an electrical issue because the lamps would automatically turn on and flicker throughout the night. It’s definitely a fun place but someone really should watch those kids with the floating problem.
Cheap rates, Great ventilation. On 9th St.
Easy access to down town and great views but staff is hard to find
