VERY RUDE!!!nI called and asked this guy if he could cut and program these two keys I had for my car. Beforei finished talking he said something. I asked him, what was that. And he said very hatefully I don't cut other people's keys. Then he hung up on me. ud83dude21

Rude and unprofessional! Super rude when I called to ask if they could come out to get into my car so I decided to call back and cancel and was hung up on. I have no idea how this man is even in business with such a rude unprofessional attitude.

Called A-1 at 10 pm on a Friday night as I locked myself out of my bathroom and didn't have the skill set to open the door. Dennis was at my place in fifteen minutes and opened the door in no time. I couldn't ask for more.
