The assistant and Mr.Miller are very polite but there is a lack of willingness or care about helping. If you need an agressive and assuring attorney then this is not the attorney office to seek out.

My husband and I have used this attorney to handle his divorce and subsequent issues with the children. Hands-down the best decision we made to go with Mr. Miller. One of the most important things when choosing in the tourney is that they know the local court system and Mr. Miller most certainly does.

I have never had anyone be so rude to me in my life. I inquired with his staff before I made an appointment whether he did what I needed done and they assured me that he does it all the time. I drove 350 miles and was on time for my appointment and then had to wait for him to return from an errand. Only to have him yell at me and belittle me and all but call me an idiot and then tell me to just go look in the county records every few months for my own protection when what I asked for would prevent the necessity to do that.
