Worst customer service I’ve ever had, had to wait a hole 24 hours to talk to a supervisor because every time I called I got out on hold and they never came back to the phone. Their own app changed my contact info so I never got a call when they showed up. I’ve ordered a few times before and never once changed my number, so not only did I spend an hour waiting for food that was already came and gone, they also refused to refund it because “it was delivered and the app changing my number was not their fault” I guess that’s on me for it randomly changing after months of it being the same

The on shift Manager and workers were very friendly and helpful. I ordered online for a pickup and pay in the store. My online order was ready before I made it to the store and I decided to purchase another pizza and it was done within 10 minutes and I was on my way. Kudos to the Manager and staff!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered at 6 and told me I would have to wait till 9. After trying to call back and cancel my order, they would ignore my number I would refuse to talk to me.

Today, 10 Jan 2021, I placed an order at 5:19pm. I went to pick it up at 5:55pm. They told me to wait ten minutes, I returned at 6:05pm to pickup the order, just to find out that they were not even cooking it yet. They even marked my order as ready for pickup on the computer system. I had to wait until 6:27 pm to finally get my order because they were ignoring carry out orders and just making pizzas that were marked for delivery. This is the worst experience from this location. Very disappointed with this order.
