Awful service. Waiting for almost hour to info me they drop the wrong pizza. Do better.
I ordered online at 8:52pm, I called the store because I wanted to change something on my order at 9:17pm. I was told my order was already out for delivery!!... called the store back around 9:55pm, James placed me on hold and never came back to the phone ... here it is 10:15pm and I’m still waiting on my food. Young man that took our order working the counter was on tip of it. Very friendly and we were glad they took us as they were getting ready to close. Due to the bad weather. Thanks again. You all were awesome.
1 time may be a coincidence but 2x in a matter of a couple weeks is an issue. For a store that is 3 miles from my house it shouldn’t take 2hrs to get all my food delivered. Both time they forgot multiple things on the order. After saying it would take 7 minutes to remake the part that was missing, 47 minutes later I still don’t have all my food. Yea credit for the missing item was offered after a second call to the store, but it shouldn’t come down to that. Not a good experience I think I’ll switch to a Pizza Hut across town for further orders.
You may need to request extra sauce for this place, but other than that, this is (sometimes) my go to for pizza.
