Better than 5 stars. Johnnie and his team know there stuff and are fair on price. They offer high quality Jasper Engines and Transmission products.
I told them what was wrong with my car. My high speed fan wouldn't come on because of my fusebox. I told them my fusebox is bad. I asked them if they can check the wiring and see whats wrong with it. They charged me $85 to tell me that my fusebox isn't working properly. All diagnostics are $85, no negotiations, you need to pay sorry. The person working on my car couldn't tell me what they checked. The lady at the counter just reads off the 2 word notes. Its best to use youtube nowadays.
Went in for a damage intake manifold. They installed it improperly, when I took it back they said it was fine and charged me additional $30 they also removed $100 worth of fuel from my vehicle and would do nothing about it. Took to another shop they saw that every gasket had been improperly put in. When I brought that information back to the shop they refused to refund the repair money still refused to repay for missing gas. And had to audacity to ask why I did not bring it back. (Which I had)
They serviced my car in a professional manner and they were timely in their work.
My car was having issues and needed a new starter. I had to get it fixed and was short on time for turnover. J A M Automotive gave me a great rate, professional and reliable job, and got my car to me in one day! The repair is warranted for one year which gives me an extra sense of safety and security. Would definitely recommend them for auto repair needs!
