Jim is amazing and I'll recommend him to any and everyone. My whole family has been using him for all of our vehicle needs. He's amazing and fast and the quality of work is amazing.

While driving from Albuquerque to Orlando, my Ford 4.6 shot a spark plug out of the cylinder head while passing through Wichita Falls at 4:30PM on a Friday. I first took it to a Firestone who recommended Jim (the II I believe). I left my car with him, expecting that I was going to be in town until at least Sunday. I got a call on Saturday morning that he installed the helicoil into the night before, and I was back on the road by 11:30. I completed the remaining 1200 miles of my road trip without incident. Jim/James went wayyy beyond my expectations, and I am immensely thankful that he took the initiative to help me out. If I was in Wichita Falls, taking my car to him would be an easy choice.
