Best dealership in the United States.I Have been buying vehicles here for over 25 years. Why? They have the best deals in Texoma; they don't just sell you a vehicle they continue to serve you long after you've signed on the dotted line.nTONY in the service department is a first-class guy who makes sure everything is done proper and in a timely manner. Super friendly guy!nWAYNE in the body shop can make any damaged vehicle look like it just came off the showroom floor. ( he has repaired my vehicles on three occasions and when I picked it up it looked better than it did the day I bought it).nBRAD- the GM it's a straight shooter! No hassle, no hustle just forthright and honest. When my daughter was in the hospital seven months he actually came and mowed my yard... TWICE. Tell me any other general manager in the United States who has that kind of compassion and integrity.nINTEGRITY... it is something you don't often find in the car business but it's the earmark of HERB Easley motors from the top all the way down to the bottom!!nBest dealership in the United States!

Just moved to Wichita Falls. Drove over to Herb Easley Chevrolet to buy oil and an oil filter for my 2018 Chevy. The parts department was courteous and helpful as to be expected. I asked if he could sign me off in chevy’s database for completing the oil change like my dealership did, but he told me to go talk to the service department. I walked over there and stood around without being greeted. A female employee was sitting at one of the terminals playing on her phone too busy to be bothered. I greeted her and asked if she would sign me off. She simply told me no without a reason why. I explained my last dealership did this, but she did not offer any justification, simply responding no without any initiative to help nor care. Awful customer service. She seemed like she hated being there. Lol I won’t be back. This place needs a management shake up and some customer focus. From the looks of the facility it appears to be struggling financially which comes as no surprise after experiencing the customer service there.
