On Feb 26 2021 I went to Allen's for a flat tire on a dump truck. They didn't have the necessary equipment to fix the flat. 10 minutes was spent on the truck. The flat wasn't fixed, yet my company was charged $295.00. Bottom line, common sense dictates charge according to the work performed hoping for repeat business. My advice is to seek services elsewhere
I found these guys while staying at a hotel near their business. They were able to fit me in for an oil change right away when I inquired. They were very professional & courteous, and the cost for the service was Very reasonable. My car & I were able to get back on the road feeling that we had been well taken care of!
I called them late in the day (on a Friday no less) and they were able to fit me in. They were super helpful, timely, and customer oriented. I’m thankful they could get me in so quickly - definitely recommend!
very helpful. solved my engine issues promptly and even gave me a lift back to my motel while i waited. sweet dogs out back too.
We were traveling in our RV, when a warning light came on. We called at least 5 places, Allen’s got us in right away at 5 pm on a Friday night. The staff was friendly and professional. We were back on the road within 40 minutes. I highly recommend Allens, they were a life saver!!
