Went in to upgrade my F-150. Was walking the lot browsing the inventory, when I pulled in people were standing outside so I know they were aware I was there. Walked the entire lot for a good 15-20 min even went past the building several times. Not one person came to assist me. What a dump. Not to mention I was even looking under a few of the trucks looking at the quality of lifts....I would shop elsewhere where customer service is actually still a thing.

Cole was a gentleman and a scholar! He was passionate, knowledgeable, and knew all of the details on every truck they sold. This kind of customer service is extremely difficult to find in this day and age. Keep up the phenomenal work Cole!!!

Went in to check out an SUV we found online. We spoke to a salesmen that sent our info into a bank to see if we could get financing. He told us he'd call us back once he got an answer. We waited all weekend and never heard from him so we called to get an update. Another salesmen answered and told us the bank didn't want to do it so he would send it to another one and let us know what they say. Waited another 2 days and never heard back from them. So we just assumed they didn't want our business. If we weren't approved then they could have atleast let us know and asked if we had a cosigner. They only are interested if they can get a quick sale from someone. We ended up taking our business elsewhere and got approved.

I just went in to Unlimited Auto Sales and while I was there, as it was my first time, I was checking out the reviews. Lots of great reviews and a handful of bad ones. I decided to stay and check out the trucks they had regardless. Honestly, they were great and I am writing this review without even buying anything from them as of yet. I am still looking and by the time you are reading this, I very well could have bought from them. I have two little boys and carseats and all. I was working with Cole who was showing me a few of their lightly used F150s. He answered every question I had, showed me multiple rigs with only small variations and helped me get a rig all set up to take my family for a test drive. Car seats and all. Zero pressure whatsoever was put on me while I was shopping. He never tried to turn one of my doubts around but instead helped me find another rig that solved any doubt that I had brought up. The trucks were very clean and I felt safe having my entire family including both my 2 and 6 month old children in the cars during this crazy time. I told them that I needed a night to think about it and they did not even try to push me to purchase. Instead they offered to give me a call in the morning and see how I was feeling. Overall, great customer service, very transparent, easy going, and high class sales reps. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone.
