Called Prestman at 9:15 am and spoke with Jared Barnes, he gave an honest low down on a 2005 Honda Pilot. I made an offer and Tracy Ball said "Yes, we can do that!" I then called the airlines, booked a flight, and emailed Jared with arrival time and the color of my shirt. Less than 4 hours later, Jared picked me up at SLC airport and whisked me to Prestman Auto where Tracy had all the paper work prepared and ready for signatures. Within an hour of landing, I was on my way home with some new wheels that had been detailed and even had a full tank of fuel!! Fabulous friendly and fine tuned service from all the folks there at Prestman Auto in Salt Lake City! I just may fly in again for my next ride. Would I recommend shopping with Prestman Auto? Absolutely! There is a reason they have been so successful for 25 years. Mario got my process started with Tyler as soon as I called acquiring about one of their cars. After we discussed pricing it was time to try to talk to my bank for an approval of a loan. My personal bank denied my application but no worries because Tyler had my back with an extra idea. He fought tooth and nail to get their bank to approve me for financing. The entire process was just so stress free and very calm and I can promise you they had their hands full trying to help me. I was a first time car buyer and never did I feel cheated. My process was also completely online and over the phone but it didn’t matter because Tyler helped me just like I was standing on their lot. This team is super awesome and will help you with whatever your car buying needs are, trust me (I even called after hours multiple times and they still helped me!!!) THANK YOU PRESTMAN AUTO!!!! Y’all rock!!!

Matt and everyone at Prestman Auto was so great to work with! I had the same car since I was in high school and I finally drove it to the ground. I was so appreciative of the help and positivity during my first car buying experience! Very pleased with their selection and service. I would highly recommend working with them on your next car

They were great! I picked up my truck today and they made it very easy for me, very upfront about what was needed and how the truck was. My salesman was Matt and I would definitely recommend him for anyone! He looked at my financing paperwork and got me approved and signed for over the phone in one night!! Great job guys! Love my Toyota Tacoma!

We went in intending to just take a look, not seriously considering a purchase immediately. There was absolutely ZERO pressure, they worked really hard, genuinely, to just find a way that things could work but remained non aggressive or pushy at all. The staff was simply fantastic. Additionally after looking at several of their vehicles, many of which had branded titles, all of them were in exceptional condition and they gladly showed pictures of the cars before and after repair if they had them, gave details about everything they could, and had detailed inspections with photos of them all so you know exactly what you are getting into. They even offered a three year bumper to bumper warranty on a branded title car for us. Hands down they were the best car buying experience I've had at a dealership.
