I had a nail in my tire that resulted in a flat tire. My fiancé brought in my car as a walk-in and was helped immediately. He said the staff was very nice and had a great experience. Their price for the service was fantastic as well. We’ll definitely see them again in the future for any tire issues.

Had tried to get an alignment at this place on 2 other occasions as a walk in and was unable due to shop being busy. I completely understand this. As such, I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:00. After arriving at the shop around 8:50 and waiting until 9:20 I finally got tired of waiting as no employees had even showed up to open the shop. Really disappointed as this shop was recommended to me. Called a supervisor at the Eagle Pass location and was asked to wait until 9:30 to see if the employees would show up. Sign in window clearly states business hours for Saturday are 9:00 to 2:00. Appointment was set for 9:00
