The restaurant is called Hanger 6. Food is good, service is excellent.
Where to start . . . This place is amazing! We got weathered in, and had to land here. The employees are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. We ate at the cafe. Food was the best we had while staying in Uvalde. They serve breakfast on weekends. We are already planning to fly in from Alpine just to eat breakfast there. FBO is very nicely appointed, and well-kept. I just can't say enough good things about the staff. We have flown all over, and this is one of the best small airport FBOs we have seen.
Very nice airport, a gem in South Texas. Nice runway and a great Cafe.
