Car city great place to buey a car
Didn't disclose that the vehicle had been in a major accident and when we pulled our own Carfax because they wouldn't, he seemed shocked that it had been in an accident.
We had a vehicle to trade in and he kept saying it wasn't worth what we knew it was. He wouldn't listen until we showed him the KBB value. Even after we showed him, he said he would give us $2,000 LESS than what the trade in went for according to value.
Terrible customer service. I'm pretty sure they only buy branded titles AND totaled vehicles.
I bought a Nissan Frontier from Salvador at Car City about 3 weeks ago. After driving it around town and on a long trip, I have to say I am very happy with the truck. Additionally, I am very happy with the car buying experience I had. Salvador was a pleasure to work with. He is very personable, and I feel like he was very honest. He gave me a good amount on my trade in and a very fair sales price on the truck. I have looked at advertised prices for similar trucks both before and since I made my purchase and I still feel like this was the best deal (It was well under low KBB). I would certainly recommend Salvador and Car City if you want a fair price on a car.
