Todd and the management staff at the Bee Caves Lambs are beyond amazing!! I rarely leave reviews, but these guys deserve recognition in the most positive way!! They have my utmost trust (I have a really hard time trusting people), they are great at communicating what's going on, and they truly do care about you the customer. The guys in the back deserve 5 stars as well, I've had atleast 5 visits now at lambs and unlike other places they get it right the first time!
I have always been treated with respect & professionalism. A new tire had to be ordered & I was told my car would not be ready until the next morning but they offered to put my spare on if I needed my car. I chose to leave it. The tire came in early & they had it ready to go by 4:30pm. The staff at Lamb’s are good people. Todd was very polite & listened so that he could take care of me.
Nathan and his team were very professional. They replaced a belt, oil change and changed my crankshaft sensor all for a very responsible price. Nathan was great about communication and only repaired what was needed. Thankful for an honest shop so close to my house.
Checked in with John at the Bee Caves store telling him that I wanted an oil change and tire rotation and that I was providing my own oil and filter (as I have done for over 10 years at Lamb's). When I returned to the store to pick up the car, I was told that the tires had not been rotated, and that if I wanted them rotated, there would be an additional charge. Since this company's ownership changed last year, the service has gone to hell. I'm done with Lamb's.
Great service! It was nice to have my back two tires on my Mercedes C-300 4 Matic ordered in one day. My car was in the next day after assessment and done ;) Nathan was very nice , detailed explaining the process / work on it ;) Will go back in future!
