Airstream of Utah

This place appears to specialize in consignment sales. What that means is you can expect exceptionally poor service with respect to either a purchase or a trade-in. My experience thus far has been: if you want a place that gives limited to no communication after a deposit is made, this is your place. If you want a place that does not respond to your emails or phone call for almost a week, this is your place. If you want a place that provides you inaccurate/wrong information on your purchase item, again this is your place. If you want a place that leaves you a voicemail, and then says to respond back via phone call or email for subsequent information, and then doesn’t respond, this is your place. If you want a place that tells you after you’ve made a $2000 deposit that they had informed you that you only had 48 hours to respond before losing that deposit, in spite of never having told you that, and in spite of never having responded to your queries. This is your place. In looking at reviews of this place it is clear that they have a very checkered past and supposedly new management has corrected the problem. Apparently even with new management, this is not the case. I have dealt with three different dealers over the last two weeks for possible sales transactions and they have been 1 billion times better in terms of their accuracy, customer response, and general adequate as a Airstream dealer than this place. If am deeply disappointed in this dealer. They are completely unresponsive to queries regarding the existing sale, plus their mechanisms for doing a trade-in. I’ve called them 4 to 5 times with usually no response. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response. They do not answer questions with respect to the sale conditions.Completely disappointed. Supposedly two years ago new management took over, but there appears to be no change. They say they will email but they don’t, they say that they will call but they don’t. I don’t know what to say but they are largely incompetent at this point. An almost hundred thousand dollar sale and they say they can’t provide details on the vehicle and that it’s hard to get it from Airstream, even though I got it from Airstream personally in about five minutes. I don’t know what to say

We will be picking up our Airstream Flying Cloud in a few days. Airstream of Utah was fabulous!!!! Tyler is clearly super passionate about the product and very knowledgeable. I haven't been this excited about anything in a very long time. Thank you Tyler and Zach. We can't wait to get on the road!!!

I will start by saying We drove 200 miles to the airstream dealership of Utah with my new 2020 globetrotter because the person that answered the phone named Jordan told me it was OK to stop by to get my upper back headlight replaced since there’s water in it when I got there The technician looked at it and told me he will be right back and never came back Then Jordan told me it will take a few hours for a 15 minute job l!!! and that I have to make an appointment And come back on the 26th of this month The owner is heartless and disgusting ! This dealership should get a 20 below five star! I will tell all my friends and family how disgusting this dealership is.

I was selling my Basecamp, and told new buyer I would have the screen door repaired. Jordan did a good job of fitting me in and replacing the door. Basecamp has now been sold, and we are awaiting our new Basecamp 20 scheduled to arrive in January.

I was scheduled to arrive in Reno, NV late evening where the forecast called for over night temperatures in the low 20’s. With no time to winterize my flying cloud, I stopped into airstream of Utah (without a service appointment) in hopes they could winterize my coach and have me on my way without a big delay. The fine folks at airstream of Utah jumped on it and I was winterized and on my way in less than an hour! Many thanks to the team. I arrived in Reno on time and without worry as the temperature was indeed in the low 20’s. Thank you!
