Great sandwiches, you can taste the freshness in veggies. Would recommend for a nice filling lunch.

jimmy John’s ads say they are fast. They don’t tout there food quality, original menu, sanitation or quality of service. I know why now. Yes it was fast but I have had better sandwiches from a vending machine and the service was absent. For some reason they keep all napkins behind the counter and you have to reach over the counter to get one. Find another sandwich shop or just bring one from home.

Should have read the reviews first. WORST JJ I have ever done business with! I love JJ back in my area, but I will never use this one again and I travel to Fort Worth often.nIt took 35 minutes for them to make my sandwiches “freaky fast” and after being marked out for delivery, I am still waiting over 25 minutes later. Mind you, I am .5 miles away...a 6 min bike ride.nI have called twice to inquire about my order and it was HORRIBLE customer service! And then I was informed they’re on bikes for delivery, ok, it’s still been WAY over the time it should take!nThis has been horrible and I wish I could cancel my order.

My order for one sandwich took an hour and a half to arrive, coming from .3 miles away. I reached out to their corporate in the past about a similar issue and was told they couldn't help. Pretty poor way to run a business.
