Spencer was great. No pressure. Was honest and transparent. It was actually a pleasure to purchase a vehicle here. These guys already have great prices so no need to sit and haggle for hours. I would recommend them any day of the week.
Stay away, read the reviews.!!T act like you are getting a deal of a lifetime. Your truck will have issues within 2 weeks of driving off the lot. I have put 6k into my truck already. You call and they say they will work with you, but then they never contact you back. They do not ever follow with anything you say. Spencer is 100% dishonest. They buy a vehicle, drive it around for 2 days, then decide it is good to go. They slap wheels and tires on it and call it good. The warranty that comes with the car isn't worth anything. (Read the fine print) it only covers certain and minimal things on your engine. Pretty much nothing at all. Trust me, read the other reviews from people who have had the same problem. I can't wait until these guys go out of business. I know they will because they are the most dishonest and unethical businessman in the business. Don't go, do not listen to them. You will save yourself by not buying a truck or car from Alpha motors.

Customer service is all hidden agendas. Every time you point something out wrong with one of their vehicles they immediately shoot you down and say how good of deal your getting..
