My experience at Low Book Sales was excellent! I only had a few days to pic out a car when my old car broke down. Matt Bentley came to my rescue! Stopped by to get my oil changed. Fast and friendly.
We had amazing customer service. We took our truck in for repair, they diagnosed it and called to give us the details and the cost associated prior to doing any work. They also gave us a time of when it would be done. Then when we picked it up they were friendly and efficient and our truck was ready to go.

Went to Low Book today hoping to buy a trade in that would not have been in my best interest. I didn't want a car payment but was put into something with a low payment that won't be a car to just get me by. Such professionalism was shown by Chris Miller and I feel great about my purchase. They worked with what I had and got me into a great investment. They know how to work magic! I need to edit this post because Ray, the finance guy talked with my bank today and got me a 14 percent lower interest rate. This place is the bee's knees.
My entire experience was great. Nick and Matt made sure they took the time to get me into something I liked for the right price. 10/10 will buy here again. The whole staff was helpful
