AWFUL. Sayyid was so nice, so we thought. Had a pre inspection done on a vehicle they were selling- it needed $6000 in repairs- we obviously were not going to buy a used car that needed that amount of work, but, we were willing to negotiate/ work something out with him because we did like the car. Once the pre inspection paperwork was brought to his attention, he turned his back on us and walked away. Literally not a word- just turned around and walked off. We stood there shocked. Most unprofessional attitude we've ever seen. If you're going to buy a car from them- do your homework. Get a pre inspection done from an independent mechanic who specializes in that brand. Scroll down, read and trust the reviews. Zero integrity. NOT a place you want to do business with.

The black on the wheels just came off with me touching it after he had just said that he had them professionally done 😂 and wouldn't let me drive.

took the car i was looking at to the mechanic before buying and the mechanic said that it needed an oil change, new battery, and a realignment. I called the dealership while i was at the mechanic and they said they would be willing to pay for the oil change and the new battery. then after i got back to the dealership i confirmed again with them that they were willing to pay for those things, then the next day when i was there to purchase the car they claimed i never told them that it needed those repairs and they refused to pay for those things. i bought the car anyways and made those repairs myself and then check engine light came on a few days after i bought it! listen to the bad reviews, i saw these bad reviews and chose to look the other way because of the “good deal” they were offering and now i seriously regret it! do not do business with them.

These guys were awesome! Gave me a pretty good deal on my trade! I bought a gorgeous, brand new car! They were super great to work with!........ **UNTIL!!!*** I took my gorgeous car to a dealership because there were a few things that I wanted looked at.... aaaand there is $6000 dollars worth of front end impact damage because it had been WRECKED!!!!! Que the complete change in attitude and willingness to help us! They did cut us a check for $300 dollars and wrote us off! Which is better than nothing I guess, but we are stuck with a $5700 dollar balance! Thank you Exclusive Cars for teaching me a great lesson!
