I ordered a pizza from the app and to the surprise of no one it went to the wrong house. I called the store and when they answered they were very understanding, they looked up my order and said the app didn’t register my address right and took it to a different house, he offered to void it or have another store make it from me. Very good at communicating, made the whole situation a lot smoother

I had no idea Dominos had Gluten Free Pizza Crust, Manager James was so accommodating to my diet and throughly explaining the baking process. And Clay Delivered it in under 10 minutes! Fantastic Customer Service.

It’s a sad Sunday! My pizza from here usually is on point nice and full of sauce and pepperoni.. today it was dry not even cut through , didn’t even have the nice buttery crust... I’ve notice when Edgar makes it it’s on point... I don’t who made it today but it was not up to expectations . ud83dude2d

Okay, I ordered 2 pizzas, wings, speciality chicken bites, breadsticks, philly for my family and I.nnWe get our food.nn1. They combine our speciality chicken bites with a pizza keep in mind they didn’t even get our pizza correct left off a couple toppings.nnI called and let them know what happen they said our pizza will be delivered in a hour, okay that’s fine. It was over an hour my brother went outside pizza was on the floor. Didn’t ring the door bell, didn’t knock. Nothing. No telling how long the pizza was outside for honestly it was cold when we brought it insidennI called to talk to the manager the manager didn’t want to get on the phone said she busy cleaning. Okay well I’ve been a manager at Arby’s and managers are suppose to fix the problems and talk to customers, right? Wrong. I asked the employee that answered the phone and he said he didn’t know that just started. How do you not know the managers name? I kept insisting on speaking to the manager and well I still didn’t get to talk to her but I did get hanged up on. I Called back I asked what that employee name that I spoke to he said his name was ray I don’t know if that’s true or not.nnBut I’m most def going to be calling everyday to speak with the GENERAL MANAGER until this matter gets taken care of. And definitely to corporate

My order has yet to come to my home wrong. To this date they have not once forgotten or gotten my order wrong n any way. And, I have NOT made it ez 4 them by any means. Take this off this half put it on the other half. Bacon instead of sausage, change the crust. I've put them to the test and, I must say, they have risen to the occasion, for fear of being mellow dramatic, hahaha. And, I've had more bad experiences than good w all the other services but, this one. Thanks for getting it right!!!!!!
