Layla, went above and beyond to help me get my appointment set and gave me all the information I needed ahead of time. She was wonderful. And Chris came out to take care of re-keying our locks and he was fantastic. He was incredibly patient, helped us figure out what would be best for our situation, and was very professional. I highly recommend Michael's Keys if you need any kind of locksmith work done.
Very very expensive and rather rude over the phone. They wanted 365 just to cut a simple key, no chip key or anything fancy. Just simple car door key.
Very good at what they do and have a lot of nice little handy products in their store
