I was given the run-around when I showed up for my appointment and ended up waiting 13 minutes just to get checked in. During the13 minutes, 2 people acknowledged me, even though the place was swarming with your employees. Once they checked me in I was told it was going to be a 40 minute wait. I waited for 90 minutes, watching others come and go in the meantime. I was furious. When I asked the kid who went over the paperwork with me why I had to wait so long, he just said, "I don't know. I just work on the cars they give me." No effort to apologize or get a supervisor. What's the point of making an appointment when I still have to wait? Terrible. I used to love this dealership. Now I refuse to go back.
