I was referred by a friend. I have a certified used 2020 Outback purchased through a competitor. Only because they had the actual car on the lot. I loved the experience that I had at your dealership when looking for a car. My friend also purchased through the competitor. She had a very negative service experience after her purchase. My wife and I were so thankful to find Mark Miller Subaru Service Department on our 7000 mile road trip across America the beautiful. Rachel and the technicians at Mark Miller provided excellent and efficient service in our hour of need. They are a very busy Subaru dealer and were able to fit us in on short notice on a Monday afternoon and complete the repairs within 4 hours. We are so grateful to them and to the Subaru Customer Service Representative for all their generous and professional support to us while we were traveling 2200 miles from home. We are big fans of Subaru and of the good people at Mark Miller Subaru in Salt Lake City, Utah. Many, many thanks to all of you!

Honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Paul was so kind and patient even though he was really busy and very hungry. I am a healthcare worker and their VIP pricing was wonderful. I loved the fact they didn't haggle and they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I would recommend Mark Miller to anyone. They have made this experience truly amazing.

This is my kind of dealership! You don’t haggle the price as the prices are already on the vehicle. No pressure from the sales people, just down to Earth people who love their jobs! We bought a Forester and love the way the car handles. It doesn’t have all the extra Frills but plenty to make this a favorite for anyone! We are so happy with this purchase and will always go through Mark Miller Subaru in the future. My two sons also bought through them. Oh, and of course, the dogs love the car, too!

I just purchased my 2020 Subaru Forester from Tony at the Midtown location. I have spent months of searching for the perfect car that not only checked all the boxes but was a great price. I cannot speak highly enough of the swift process, friendly service, and their commitment to ensuring I know ALL THE FACTS about not just the process but any modifications I was considering doing to the vehicle. I live 10 hours away and was able to complete the process from my house!Tony gave me a tour of the car via FaceTime and showed me anything I asked, he even simply turned the car on so I could hear the engine, when buying a car so far away I wanted to ensure there was no knocking even though the car has a warranty. The price was amazing and no back and forth on negotiations. I flew in and was greeted with what I imagine to be smiles(mask hinder actually seeing them), it was detailed and filled with gas. The great staff set me up with a tour of the vehicle and paired my phone and ensured all my questions were met before sending me off for new adventures in my new vehicle. I will be returning for our next vehicle, it was well worth the trip! Thank you Mark Miller Subaru- Midtown for everything, and the letter was nice to return home to!
